My name is Nathan Aston
I am a videographer/editor with 4 years experience working as a professional. I studied video production at Worcester University and graduated with a First Class Degree.
I have created multiple videos, varying from short, high impact videos aimed at social media, to longer YouTube style productions. All videos on this website have been created by myself, where I took on the roles of director, lighting, sound, camera operator and editor.
As well as working with video in Premiere Pro and After Effects, I can also edit and manipulate photographs in Lightroom and Photoshop.

Videography
I am very familiar with Sony cameras and also have experience using gimbals, flying drones, lighting and audio.
Video Editing
I am proficient in using Adobe Premiere Pro and familiar with
After Effects. I am able to apply graphics, LUT's and sound effects in post-production.
Photography & Photo Editing/Manipulation
I am able to take photo's and edit them in Lightroom. I am also able to manipulate images and create scenes in Photoshop.
Landscape Videos
Here are a selection of my landscape orientated videos, which are a mixture of personal projects and
client-based work. I undertook all the production tasks when making these videos, from shooting the original footage,
capturing the sound, applying colour corrections (LUTS) and editing.
Portrait videos
These are the portrait orientated videos which I have created. These are all aimed at TikTok & instagram Reels, they are short and snappy. With social media dominating the video world these days, sometimes a short, compact video can get the message across faster and easier than a longer video can.
These are photoshop scenes which I have created, the majority are YouTube thumbnails. I have included a couple before and after images of some scenes. I can manipulate, alter, clean up and completely build a scene in photoshop.
